We’re now in the thick of Just for Laughs Chicago, a sprawling comedy festival that tries to balance hometown humor with familiar shtick that will attract eyeballs nationwide to TBS, one of its main sponsors. And that strategy was encapsulated in its biggest Thursday night show: “Team Coco Presents the Conan Writers Live.”
