Doesn’t it drastically sway the balance of power if the courts can not revue what other branches do?

Like the Patriot Act and this “Bail Out” Bill even though Congress schob.Auch if any sentence that the courts are not allowed to monitor what happens, as when a person because of Patriot Act, the accused?

    This would rule the courts useless. we’re gonna be a buncha pinkos. this is aubsurd. this would give the other branches WAAAYYYY too much power, and thats not what the need.

    For a second time, the Supreme Court has given the Democrats a booster shot by ordering Cheney & Bush not to destroy certain documents and still Congress has taken no action.

    Eventually, the Courts can only go so far with their rulings before, even they are voted out of the Check & Balances when it comes to Government. It has been proving time and again when such laws as mentioned are passed thru Congress w/o oversight.
