@G420S This is off She Walks on Fire, track 2. Been a huge fan of this band for about 15 years now… I’m really going nuts waiting for a new full studio album.
yes this is the band.. the song is called “hey pachuco”.. you can find it in the albums “mugzy’s move”, a live version in “caught in the act” and an early version in “kings of gangster bop”..
cheers..
Just great! You should’ve been in LA in the early Nineties!
You could see some of these guys doubling in three different bands (Jump with Joey, Joey Altruda and Joey Cheezhee) on weeknights! The best scene Los Angeles ever had!
These were the boys that rocked the mask my friend, the song you’re probably thinking of is called ‘Hey Pachuco’ – I highly recommend their live album ‘Caught in the act’ which has an awesome version of that song and many others that will swing your world too – jesus, I sound like an ad… I just love RCR, I’ve caught them live in Australia, UK and USA and they just keep getting tighter.
